BOOKING – PAYMENT – CANCELLATION

A booking may be made online directly through our site www.borgodegliaranci.it, by email info@borgodegliaranci.it or by phone 00 39 050 818392.
You are required to indicate the period of your stay, the number of guests, the type of accommodation required and contact numbers for future communication (telephone, fax, email) We also ask you to kindly indicate your intended time of arrival.

The price of your room and/or holiday home is indicated in the prices section of the site with all the necessary information about discounts and promotional offers.
Once we have received your request and confirmed availability, we require a payment of 30% of the cost of your stay via bank transfer to – Soc.Cooperativa Borgo Arancio a rl IBAN……………. with the following description of the transaction “deposit to book accommodation from (arrival date) to … (departure date) for X nights in x bedrooms and/or holiday homes”, or via indication of valid credit card details.

The balance is payable on arrival in cash and/or by credit/debit card.

Cheques will not be accepted.

We require a security deposit of €100 per apartment which will be returned at the end of your stay.
If the booking is cancelled up to 3 days before arrival, the entire deposit will be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival, the entire deposit will be retained.
If the guest leaves before the end of his booking, 60% will be retained.
